Supplier rules

Air tickets, hotels, cruises, and visa fees are governed by each supplier's fare rules. Many promotional fares are non-refundable; we will show applicable penalties before you pay.

Service fees

Planning and consultation fees already incurred may be non-refundable once work has begun, as stated in your booking confirmation.

Processing

Eligible refunds are processed after receipt from airlines or hotels, typically within the timelines set by the supplier and your bank or card issuer.
